LSRI Software Challenges Workshop

TDCC-LSH, in collaboration with the eScience Center, is organising a focused, discussion-driven workshop on 30 June 2026, bringing together Life Sciences & Health Large Scale Research Infrastructures (LSRIs) and key stakeholders to explore challenges related to research software and how these can be addressed collaboratively.

Building on the momentum from previous workshop, the eScience Center will host a follow up meeting co-organized with TDCC-LSH to identify common technological challenges across LSRI.

While the discussion will broadly address shared infrastructure needs, the focus will be on research software, interoperability, and tooling workflows. The aim is to uncover common bottlenecks, identify gaps in existing solutions, and explore opportunities for generalizable tools and approaches across infrastructures.
