The FAIRDOM-SEEK is an Open-source web-based platform, for sharing scientific research datasets, workflows, models and research outcomes according to the FAIR principles. The FAIRDOM-SEEK reduces the burden of data management for researchers by hiding the complexity of the required technical challenges through the research data lifecycle. By providing tools and services, the FAIRDOM-SEEK assists researchers with managing the heterogeneity of datasets, and describing experiments using the correct domain-specific standards and ontologies. Here we describe how we use the FAIRDOM-SEEK as a central component in several Life Science Research Infrastructures, for integration, exchange and reuse across research domains.
