Improving cross-domain interoperability

The challenge: fragmentation across the domain prevents solving "complex questions" (e.g., climate mysteries). Bringing about connections between researchers from different fields and supporting them to work towards improved data interoperability will improve knowledge discovery and improve the impact of investment in research.
