Thematic DCC-SSH presents roadmap addendum

In preparation for the NWO TDCC call 2026, the Thematic DCC Social Sciences & Humanities is presenting a short addendum to the existing roadmap document. The addendum updates the roadmap section "4. Investment plans" to account for developments since the original roadmap was published in 2022.

Participants in this year's TDCC-SSH project process can use the addendum together with the original roadmap document to shape their project idea submissions. The addendum does not change the core of the roadmap or its relevance, but provides some context about the developments since the beginning of the programme and how they tie in with future project calls.

For clarity, the five activity clusters from the roadmap are expanded to include topics and pressing issues that were not yet explicitly mentioned at the time of writing. Together with the 10 challenges originally defined (which remain unchanged), they form the basis for choosing project ideas for this year's project co-creation process.
