We warmly invite current TDCC project team members, groups developing project proposals, and teams considering a project in the future to participate in this hands-on workshop on flexible, practical tools for managing academic work.
This workshop introduces a collaboration toolbox: practical, adaptable tools and mindsets that help teams plan, communicate, and adapt in dynamic environments.
Participants will leave with a set of lightweight methods inspired by Agile principles that fit the academic rhythm - flexible, people-centered, and outcome-oriented.
This is an interactive in person session led by experienced trainer Lucia Collarà.
