
Want to help data stewards develop their skills?
Health-RI, host of TDCC-LSH, has a vacancy for a Training & Community Officer to help build capacity for data stewardship in the Netherlands.
An important part of the role is to contribute to the training and community platform for research data professionals that the RDNL consortium in the coming years. You will at least once per year act as a trainer / coach in the introductory Essentials 4 Data Support course and contribute to the community task in the project.
Besides the RDNL project, the new colleague contributes to training and community building activities in the life sciences & health domain, such as the Data Stewards Interest Group, the Health-RI FAIR data stewards basics course and more advanced FAIR modules that still need to be developed. Also, the person will help set up the training programme for the TDCC Life Sciences & Health FAIR fellowship programme.
We like to get in touch with candidates who, on the one hand, have a good understanding of FAIR datastewardship and how it is organised at research organisations, and, on the other hand, like organising and delivering training.
